計量閥是一種帶錐形密封座的氣動隔膜閥。

用至少 4 巴壓力（正常 6 巴）的空氣對氣缸加壓，打開閥門； 切斷控制氣后，靠彈簧力重新關(guān)閉。

閥體內(nèi)部是 PTFE 隔膜，可保護(hù)氣缸的金屬部件免受計量介質(zhì)的影響。

為避免閥門中的產(chǎn)品硬化，所有產(chǎn)品接液部件均由聚四氟乙烯制成。 產(chǎn)品通過計量尖端進(jìn)料到計量點。

The metering valve is a pneumatically-operated Diaphragm valve with a tapered sealing seat.

Pressurizing the pneumatic cylinder with air at least 4 bar pressure (normal 6 bar) opens the valve; it is closed again by spring force after the control air is shut off.

To avoid product hardening in the valve all product wetted parts are made of Teflon. The product is fed to the metering point by a metering tip.
